The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is the hub of communication during a disaster.

EOC Activation Levels are established to appropriately respond to the various degrees of emergencies and disasters that can affect the jurisdiction.

Level 3	A catastrophic event beyond the capabilities of the local government. An EMA duty officer is available to respond 24 hours a day.
